Local pickup

Local pickup is available in Bundaberg and can be selected at checkout.

We will contact you by email within 2–3 business days after your order is placed to confirm when and where your order can be collected. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.

Once a pickup date and time have been arranged, your order will be held for five business days. If it is not collected within this period and no alternative arrangement has been made, the order may be cancelled and issued as store credit.

Local in-person delivery

Local delivery may be available for eligible addresses in and around Bundaberg. Availability, delivery times and any applicable fee will be confirmed before delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time. Cash payment may be made at delivery where this option has been approved in advance.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be redirected or resent because incorrect details were supplied.
