RETURNS & REFUNDS

At JoyaLuxe, every item is carefully checked before dispatch.

No change-of-mind returns

JoyaLuxe does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. This includes situations where a customer:

No longer wants the item
Chooses the wrong colour, style or size
Finds the item cheaper elsewhere
Decides the item does not suit them

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order. Australian businesses are not required to provide a refund or exchange when a customer simply changes their mind.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us if an item is:

Faulty or defective
Damaged on arrival
Incorrectly supplied
Significantly different from its description

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply. JoyaLuxe will provide an appropriate repair, replacement or refund where required by law.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, nose jewellery and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Customised and personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the agreed order.

Items damaged through wear, misuse, moisture, perfume, cosmetics, chemicals or improper storage are not eligible for return.

How to report an issue

Please contact JoyaLuxe and provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

Approved returns must follow the instructions provided by JoyaLuxe. Do not return an item without first contacting us.

Refunds and return postage

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, JoyaLuxe will cover reasonable return postage where required.
